Your role at Sephora:
A Co-Manager, Talent & Operations is responsible for managing the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location, including direct management and development of any members of the Talent & Business Ops team. The Manager also exercises discretion in areas such as staffing, training, education, on-boarding of employees, schedule management, and operational standards within the store. In addition, you will:

  • Manage the hiring process for all roles within the store in partnership with the Store Director
  • Manage the review process for hourly leaders and employees
  • Write & deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports
  • Manage the inventory of the store including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise, cycle counting and ensuring that all processes are completed within company guidelines and timeframes
  • Regularly act as the Client Experience & Logistics Leader within the store
  • Engage with employees and clients on-stage whenever possible

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
  • Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Exceptional leadership and influential skills
  • Proven ability to lead and build top performing teams


Our legal team wants you to know what’s required:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift and work in a fragrance filled environment
