Mercy Medical Center has joined together with Jordan Creek Town Center to offer a free self-paced walking program including health education, fitness, and fun.

Jordan Creek Town Center supports Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity

Jordan Creek Town Center has partnered with Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity to work on elimination of poverty housing in our community. This is a part of national partnership between General Growth Properties, (Jordan Creek Town Center's owner/management company) and Habitat for Humanity International. Over the next three years, shoppers will be invited to participate in fundraising events, awareness campaigns and volunteer opportunities to benefit Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity.
